Failed generations

If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.

Subscription charges

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Refund requests for a recent charge can be sent to support@example.com. If a charge is refunded, the credits granted by that charge are removed from your balance.
