Questions

What photo should I upload?

A well-lit, front-facing photo of one person works best. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and group shots. JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10 MB.

How do credits work?

Each generated photo uses 1 credit. Your plan adds credits every billing period and unused credits roll over. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Account → Billing. Your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current period and you keep the credits you already have.

Who can see my photos?

Your uploads and results are stored privately and are only shown to you through short-lived links. We never publish them.

Are the results real photos?

No. Every result is generated by AI from your upload and a style preset. Results are stylized and may not perfectly match your appearance.

How long does it take?

Usually under a minute. You can close the tab — your result will be waiting in My Creations.
